SNOUK DESIGN NOTES BLOG
An open space where I could keep on experimenting on game design.
I also consider this to be my unprofessional space where I could just be my weird and silly self.
Be sure to check it out to get to know about my side projects & ventures!

My biggest inspiration for this project was 'Rocket League' - the infamous physics-sports game which made me want to experiment with the idea of ball physics. Following my inspiration, I went on to create a dodgeball styled game, Pixel Dodge.
This project was executed with the intention of learning to create something new from scratch, without guidance.
PERSONAL COMMENTS
WHAT WENT RIGHT?
-
Utilized my limited time well to craft 2 games under 48hrs (the other game was a top-down shooter, undocumented).
-
It was my first time finishing everything from UI, art, design, and coding all at once, solo.
-
It turned out to be a really fun prototype that many people played and enjoyed - while challenging each other at a college fest.
WHAT TO IMPROVE?
-
A few minor bugs are slightly interfering with the gameplay experience.
-
In general, the game feels a bit unpolished.
